After a very frustrating search for a vegan wedding cake that would please even the most skeptical of guests, we began converting favorite family recipes ourselves.  Without realizing it, this was the beginning of what is now Cafe Indigo.  Although we eventually found a wonderful vegan bakery for the wedding cake, we continued to convert recipes.  They were so good that, in the  process, we produced a few accidental vegans.  We were on a roll and our next challenge was to find a way to get our cakes to friends and family that live in other parts of the country.  We did it!!!  We are now able to ship our cakes and desserts overnight anywhere in the continental United States.  Please visit our store and try one of our delicious vegan cakes.
